Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Austin has helped companies build voice-based experiences for over 5 years. Outside of voice, he specializes in Software Engineering and Architecture, specifically with cloud systems, microservices, serverless architecture, and voice applications. Austin is a certified Amazon Alexa Skill Builder and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University.
