Jennifer Paluska Yakel is a User Experience Strategist, Researcher and Designer based in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona with 18 years of experience solving complex design problems. She focuses on the Human-Centered Design process (strategy, user research, data analysis, wireframes, and prototypes) to ensure a data and insight-informed approach to product strategy. Jennifer graduated from George Mason University with a Master’s in Human Factors and Applied Cognition with a specialty in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She is passionate about experiences that help people connect and communicate in ways that make their lives better.
